Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Inspect and sort incoming/outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality control
- Maintain organized inventory systems using warehouse management software
- Operate material handling equipment safely and in compliance with OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Prepare documentation for shipping/receiving and maintain accurate records
- Contribute to 5S initiatives to maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain within first week
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
