Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments and organize inventory using warehouse equipment
- Pick and pack orders accurately for timely delivery
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling tools (training provided)
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work areas
- Perform inventory counts and data entry in our warehouse management system
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – full training provided!
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic math and communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver's license a plus but not mandatory
- Reliable transportation to our Philadelphia facility
