Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and pack customer orders with precision using handheld scanners
- Operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) and material handling equipment safely
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and stock rotation
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and ergonomic lifting techniques
- Collaborate in a fast-paced team environment to meet daily productivity targets
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through process feedback
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds frequently and stand/walk for 8-10 hour shifts
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices
- Valid state-issued ID or driver's license
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
