Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts through cycle counting and reconciliation processes
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Inspect products for quality assurance before shipment
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Support cross-functional teams during peak operational periods
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy with proficiency in inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with changing priorities
