Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.5% accuracy
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in compliance with OSHA standards
- Manage inventory counts using RF scanning technology
- Maintain organized warehouse layout and cleanliness protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Adhere to safety procedures and equipment maintenance schedules
- Process inbound shipments and documentation
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible availability including weekend shifts
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
