Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stage incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with speed and precision for daily shipping deadlines
- Maintain organized and clean storage areas following FIFO protocols
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with monthly inventory audits
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
