Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Manage inventory with precision using WMS systems
- Inspect goods for damage and maintain quality control
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on daily operations
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Assist in cycle counts and quarterly audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid Louisiana driver's license
