Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials from trucks and conveyor systems.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness and adhere to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Inspect and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required.
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
