Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces per OSHA and company standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow during peak seasons
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or fulfillment center experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability including weekend/evening shifts
- Pass background check and drug screening
