Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and store incoming inventory in our state-of-the-art Charlotte facility
- Pick and pack orders with precision for same-day shipment to regional clients
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and electric forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain organized stock rotation and accurate inventory records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Valid driver's license preferred (forklift training provided)
