Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and organize incoming inventory using barcode scanning systems
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders with zero-error precision
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse spaces
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with certification
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy with WMS experience a plus
- Valid driver's license for equipment operation
