Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stage incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.5% accuracy standards
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in compliance with OSHA regulations
- Maintain organized storage systems and conduct regular cycle counts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and 5S workplace organization standards
- Assist in inventory reconciliation and reporting processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds frequently and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Flexible availability including weekend shifts during peak seasons
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
