Responsibilities
- Execute picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders with high accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners) safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records.
- Unload incoming freight and inspect for damage or discrepancies.
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license (preferred).
