Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, sort, and distribute inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and responsibly
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment according to quality standards
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
