Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and stage orders with precision and efficiency
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely
- Maintain organized inventory systems and conduct regular cycle counts
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely order fulfillment
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and optimizing storage layouts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math and computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
