Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and put away inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy for shipment
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklift/pallet jack) with proper certification
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse space through daily 5S practices
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits as scheduled
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (paid training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions (coolers/freezers)
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
