Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate material handling equipment (MHE) such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
- Load and unload inbound and outbound trucks, ensuring proper weight distribution.
- Scan and verify inventory using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and adheres to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Perform light maintenance on equipment and assist in organizing storage areas.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 49 pounds repeatedly.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Ability to work in various temperature-controlled environments.
