Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders while maintaining accuracy standards
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and proficiently
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure data integrity
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
