Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inbound/outbound shipments with barcode scanning systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA compliance
- Maintain accurate inventory counts through cycle counts and system updates
- Optimize warehouse organization to maximize space utilization and accessibility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Implement quality control procedures for product integrity
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
