Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners
- Maintain organized inventory control in 50,000 sq ft facility
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (OSHA certified training provided)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless order fulfillment
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Participate in cycle counts and quality audits
- Support facility cleanliness and equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work in climate-controlled environment
- Reliable transportation and flexible schedule
