Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain organized stock in a 100,000 sq ft facility
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA-certified training
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace
- Support receiving processes and verify incoming shipments for accuracy
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid California driver's license (required for equipment operation)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
