Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments and organize inventory in designated zones
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Pick, pack, and verify orders for shipment with 99.5% accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work areas
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits weekly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Adhere to all safety protocols and equipment maintenance procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain (paid training provided)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Background check and pre-employment drug screen required
