Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process inbound shipments using RF scanners
- Efficiently pick, pack, and stage orders for timely shipment
- Maintain organized inventory records through WMS system operations
- Operate powered industrial equipment (PIT) safely and compliantly
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits
- Uphold OSHA safety standards and 5S protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse experience preferred
- Valid OSHA PIT certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with RF scanning devices and WMS platforms
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
