Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using handheld scanners and automated systems
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (with certification)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic receiving and stocking processes
- Adhere to strict safety protocols while handling diverse product categories
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams to achieve daily performance metrics
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices
- Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
