Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and organize incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.5% accuracyMaintain clean and organized warehouse zones per 5S standardsOperate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certificationConduct regular cycle counts and inventory auditsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflowsAdhere to all OSHA and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferredAbility to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hoursValid forklift certification or willingness to obtainBasic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory softwareStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting prioritiesReliable transportation and punctuality
