Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Pick, pack, and stage orders with 99.9% accuracy
- Operate warehouse management systems and RF scanners
- Maintain inventory counts and cycle counts per SOPs
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Assist in monthly inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Stamina for 8-hour shifts with walking/standing
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Positive attitude and teamwork mentality
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Background check and drug screen required
