Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stock incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with precision and speed
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized, clean, and compliant warehouse spaces
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits with 99%+ accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily/weekly targets
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Proficient in using RF scanners and inventory management software
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
