Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to load, unload, and move products.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer requirements.
- Inventory Management: Receive incoming shipments, verify counts against packing lists, and stock inventory in designated areas.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Reporting: Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting and weighing.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to work in varying temperatures (climate-controlled warehouse).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
