Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Optimize inventory storage through strategic warehouse slotting systems
- Pick and pack orders with 99.8% accuracy for major retail partners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain OSHA compliance through daily safety inspections and housekeeping
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient order fulfillment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Forklift certification a plus (training available)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
