Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Load/unload trucks with proper material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system updates
- Operate power equipment safely and efficiently after training
- Organize and maintain clean, organized work areas per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment issues or safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse systems
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in varying temperatures (refrigerated areas possible)
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
