Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control and stock rotation using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials safely
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Perform cycle counts and assist in quarterly audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Availability for flexible shifts including weekends
