Responsibilities
- Receive, scan, and accurately log incoming shipments using warehouse management systems
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment with 99.9% accuracy
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain organized stock rotation
- Inspect products for quality assurance and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain (training provided)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency for inventory systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Valid driver's license preferred
