Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders while maintaining quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners safely
- Manage inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies in real-time
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Process incoming shipments and update inventory systems promptly
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain upon hire
- Basic computer literacy and experience with warehouse management systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
