Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts monthly
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse spaces
- Collaborate with team to meet daily/weekly targets
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks efficiently
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy (WMS systems)
- Valid driver's license (forklift operation)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in varying temperatures
- Pass pre-employment background check
