Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Sort, organize, and stage inventory according to established guidelines.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track stock levels.
- Package and prepare items for domestic and international shipping.
- Perform daily cycle counts and assist in annual physical inventories.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Forklift certification (OSHA compliant) is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
