Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and verify incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment with 99.5% accuracy
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely in compliance with OSHA standards
- Maintain organized inventory through systematic cycle counting and stock rotation
- Prepare outbound shipments and coordinate with carriers for timely dispatch
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; warehouse experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficient in RF scanner technology and inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset
