Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts through cycle counting and reconciliation processes
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely
- Inspect and sort inbound shipments for quality control and damage assessment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S workplace organization standards
- Train on new technologies and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training preferred
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
