Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Operate powered equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits
- Inspect products for quality compliance before shipping
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Optimize workflow to reduce processing time
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA certification for powered equipment (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
