Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and organize incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with zero-error accuracy for timely shipment
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse spaces following OSHA standards
- Operate powered equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation weekly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve fulfillment bottlenecks
- Train new associates on warehouse SOPs and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficient in inventory management systems (e.g., WMS, SAP)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math and computer literacy essential
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
