Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control systems and conduct accurate cycle counts
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and maintain loading dock efficiency
- Implement lean warehouse practices to optimize storage and workflow
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Train new team members on warehouse procedures
- Utilize WMS software for real-time inventory tracking
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse or logistics experience required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficient in inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail with numerical aptitude
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Experience with OSHA safety compliance protocols
