Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory against shipping documents.
- Organize and store products in designated areas to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Prepare and package orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management software accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
