Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders according to daily targets
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely
- Manage inventory control through cycle counts and data entry
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces following 5S standards
- Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments for quality compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Valid Washington State driver's license a plus
