Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and stock inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy standards
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain organized warehouse layout and cleanliness
- Perform quality control checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6 months+ warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Valid Texas driver's license (required for forklift operation)
- Flexible schedule availability (including nights/weekends)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Pre-employment background check and drug screen required
