Responsibilities
- Execute efficient order picking and packing processes to ensure 99.9% order accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Load and unload trucks safely, verifying shipment contents against loading documents.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
- Experience in a warehouse setting is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
