Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage merchandise using forklifts and pallet jacks efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and verify orders with high accuracy to minimize returns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and stock locations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and shipping deadlines.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies promptly.
- Assist in general maintenance of equipment and facility cleanliness (5S standards).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
