Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders with accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts regularly
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Utilize handheld scanners for order processing
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld devices
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Stamina for standing/walking 8-10 hour shifts
- Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Valid state ID or driver's license
