Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders using handheld scanners
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) after certification
- Maintain accurate inventory counts through systematic scanning and verification
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and ergonomic best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Meet productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Pass background check and drug screening
