Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders using scanning technology
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) following OSHA safety protocols
- Manage inventory through cycle counts and stock replenishment processes
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and contribute to 5S compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to strict quality standards and Amazon's operational guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices
- Valid state-issued driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to work in varying temperatures (climate-controlled and non-climate zones)
