Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Train, supervise, and motivate 15+ team members to achieve performance KPIs
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols and compliance standards
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to maximize space utilization and efficiency
- Conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions for inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with logistics team to ensure seamless cross-functional operations
- Manage warehouse technology including WMS and inventory tracking systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced logistics environment
- OSHA 30 certification and strong knowledge of safety regulations
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive performance improvements
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Strong problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays during peak seasons
