Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and store incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with zero-error precision for shipment
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and material handling equipment
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse space per OSHA standards
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Flexible availability including weekends during peak seasons
